Pick up / drop off service

Corporate Policy for Pick-Up and Drop-Off Limo Service

  1. Distance Coverage:

    • The service covers travel up to 30 kilometers.

    • Beyond 30 kilometers, an additional charge of $5 per kilometer will apply.

  2. Extra Stops:

    • Any stops along the trip, up to 1 kilometer out of the way, will incur an additional charge of $30 per stop.

  3. Waiting Time:

    • A complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes is included for pick-ups.

    • If the waiting time exceeds 15 minutes, a surcharge of $3 per minute will be applied, up to a maximum of $180 per hour.

Corporate Policy for Hourly Chauffeur Service

  1. Service Duration:

    • The vehicle is provided for the duration requested by the client.

    • Clients may extend or end the service early on the day of the rental, based on their needs.

    • A minimum booking fee equivalent to 3 hours of service applies.

  2. Reservation and Deposit:

    • To reserve a vehicle, clients must book for the desired date.

    • An initial deposit, equal to the minimum 3-hour booking fee, is required at the time of reservation.

  3. Payment:

    • The remaining balance, based on the total rental time, must be paid according to the actual duration of service used.
