Program Description: Users who opt-in through our website will receive appointment confirmations and reminders via SMS after booking a service.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to our shortcode. After sending "STOP", we will send a confirmation SMS; thereafter, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Rates & Frequency: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your booking activity.

Service & Pricing Policies

A. Pick-Up / Drop-Off Service

Distance: Service covers travel up to 30 kilometers. Journeys exceeding this incur an additional charge of $5 per kilometer.
Extra Stops: Stops along the trip (up to 1km off-route) incur a $30 fee per stop.
Waiting Time: Includes 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time. Thereafter, a surcharge of $3 per minute applies (max $180 per hour).

B. Hourly Chauffeur Service

Minimums: A minimum booking fee equivalent to 3 hours of service applies to all hourly reservations.
Deposits: An initial deposit equal to the 3-hour minimum is required at the time of reservation.
